Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily logistical processes at the Distribution Center, contributing to the efficient flow of supplies and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Support logistical processes and order preparation. 2. Perform labeling, packaging, loading, and unloading of goods. 3. Participate in inventory counts and warehouse maintenance. At **Advanced Medical Technology (ATM)**, we are looking for a **Warehouse Assistant** to support daily logistical operations at the **Distribution Center**, contributing to the efficient flow of supplies, equipment, and materials destined for our customers and internal operations. **Purpose of the position:** To provide operational support to logistical processes through physical order preparation, receipt of imports, distribution via ATM vehicles, inventory counting, equipment relocation, and assembly of exhibition booths for congresses and institutional events. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare orders according to sales notes and internal requests (picking using the LIGO system and FEFO method). * Perform labeling, packaging, loading, and unloading of goods. * Execute deliveries and distribution to customers using company vehicles. * Support the receipt and inspection of imported goods. * Participate in inventory counts, document organization, and warehouse maintenance. * Comply with safety protocols and assist in operational activities and events (Santiago and regions). **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Logistics or Administration (or equivalent experience). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (mandatory requirement). * Class B driver’s license (mandatory), Class D license desirable. * Experience operating electric stackers. **Working hours:** Monthly schedule of 41.5 hours per week. * Monday to Thursday: 08:30–18:00 hrs. * Friday: 08:30–17:00 hrs. **Benefits:** * Complementary health insurance (free of charge). * Year-end bonuses and corporate benefits. * Access to continuous training and internal workshops. * Excellent work environment and collaborative culture. **Location:** Santiago (Quilicura Distribution Center). **Work modality:** On-site.
