**Functions:** Coordinate with production personnel the correction of deviations detected during inspection, recording results in the system and communicating to the assurance area for follow-up. Perform physical or documentary blocking of non-conforming product, ensuring its identification, segregation and traceability according to Quality Management System procedures. Accurately record inspection results in the SAP\-QM system or digital forms, guaranteeing traceability, integrity and availability of information. Comply with and document 5S program and occupational safety activities at the workstation, maintaining order and cleanliness conditions in the inspection area. Collaborate in internal and external audits by providing evidence, records and technical support to the Quality Assurance team. Report incidents related to the quality and food safety of our products during routine activities with the aim of promoting a positive Food Safety and Quality culture.
