Currently, for our Security business in Chile, we are seeking a new IT Analyst position; the primary responsibility is to manage and address Operational Security requirements for an important client, maintaining control over alarm activations and all deviations that arise. Responsibilities: * Monitor objective achievement, build work teams, and delegate tasks and responsibilities to central operators and supervisor guidelines. * Resolve technical issues, deviations, equipment failures, software misconfigurations, equipment maintenance, and operational camera maintenance. * Knowledge of the environment, leadership, decision-making, autonomy, ability to quickly and safely identify critical issues, and management of all administrative and operational aspects of the area.
