We are currently recruiting personnel to serve as a **Mobile User Guide** in a hospital facility. **Conditions:** * **Weekly payment.** * **Availability to perform rotating, daytime, and nighttime shifts**, covering various locations as required by operational needs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly attention to users upon hospital entry, guiding and accompanying them according to their needs. * Ensure person-centered care, guaranteeing appropriate guidance and respectful treatment. * Perform mobile duties, covering various shifts and service points according to the weekly schedule. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 6 consecutive months of experience in customer service roles. * Completed secondary education (4th year of high school completed and passed). * Prior experience in hospitals or healthcare centers, with direct public interaction, is desirable. * **Immediate availability and flexible working hours (day and night shifts).** **Valued Skills:** * Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with users. * Empathy and patient orientation. * Ability to adapt to various shifts and work teams.
