Recognized globally as the benchmark for quality and integrity, SGS employs over 95,000 professionals and operates a network of more than 2,400 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** We are seeking a Super User – Data Analyst responsible for ensuring the correct implementation, management, and maintenance of the SLIM system (Integrated Laboratory Management System). The role includes user training, access administration, configuration maintenance, and coordination with various departments to ensure system operability and alignment with quality standards and business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Train users on the SLIM system and connected laboratory equipment. * Administer and maintain system configurations (schemes, linkages, parameters, etc.). * Manage user access and roles in coordination with the Quality department. * Develop and maintain procedures, work templates, and quality controls. * Support integration of laboratory teams with the SLIM system. * Manage technical requirements for equipment connectivity (scripts and metadata). * Administer clients, projects, and associated data within the system. * Support billing processes related to the system. * Manage system licenses and coordinate with IT for their implementation. **Requirements** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Programming Technician, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles or within the industry. * Knowledge of ISO 9001\. * Experience with SLIM systems (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. * Knowledge of metallurgical processes and data analysis is desirable.
