Position Characteristics: A resolution-oriented, empathetic executive with strong oratory skills, responsible for providing in-person service to the public, practicing active listening and proactively managing their requests. The role aims to deliver comprehensive service by guiding members on plan usage and maximizing benefits under the preferred offering, while ensuring compliance with agreements with healthcare providers.
