Position Characteristics: A solution-oriented, empathetic Executive with strong oral communication skills, responsible for in-person public service, practicing active listening and proactively managing client requests at our service center located on Agustinas Street. The role aims to deliver comprehensive service by guiding clients in using their health plan and maximizing benefits under our preferred offerings, while ensuring compliance with provider agreements.
