In this role, you will be responsible for: * Drafting high-quality legal documents, including criminal complaints, procedural appeals, preliminary and special rulings, private accusations, and adherence to public prosecutor’s accusations. * Managing each case while adhering strictly to statutory and judicial deadlines. * Maintaining continuous collaboration during investigations; coordinating closely with the Public Ministry and police forces both in strategy development and investigative execution phases. * Preparing specialized materials—such as data reporting and presentations—for case presentations to public entities. * Conducting litigation activities, including attending hearings held at both first-instance courts and Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court. * Performing strategic analysis of active cases to ensure unitary alignment toward achieving each case’s objectives; collaborating with supervisors and legal technicians on case linkage work. * Preparing case reports for clients and participating in meetings according to their needs.
