3. Calculate salaries and payroll advances
Company bbosch is seeking a Compensation Analyst for our People Department at our plant located in the commune of Quilicura, who will be responsible for disbursing employee salaries to ensure compliance with current legislation, provide accurate information to employees, and protect the Company's interests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process salary and biweekly payroll payments.
* Support resolution of employee questions or requests.
* Enter new employee records into the Payroll system.
* Input monthly compensation items, bonuses, absences, etc.
* Calculate salaries and payroll advances.

Monday \- Tuesday: 08:00 to 17:50 hours.
Wednesday \- Thursday: 08:00 to 16:50 hours.
Friday: 08:00 to 15:35 hours
(Two days per week remote work option, starting from the third month).

**Desired Profile**

* Certified Public Accountant or Technical Specialist in Human Resources Administration.
* Proficiency in Human Resources Management software.

* Understanding of HR topics.
* Advanced-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
