Calculate salaries and payroll advances Company bbosch is seeking a Compensation Analyst for our People Department at our plant located in the commune of Quilicura, who will be responsible for disbursing employee salaries to ensure compliance with current legislation, provide accurate information to employees, and protect the Company's interests. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process salary and biweekly payroll payments. * Support resolution of employee questions or requests. * Enter new employee records into the Payroll system. * Input monthly compensation items, bonuses, absences, etc. * Calculate salaries and payroll advances. WE OFFER: * Cafeteria * Working Hours: Monday \- Tuesday: 08:00 to 17:50 hours. Wednesday \- Thursday: 08:00 to 16:50 hours.
