Teamwork and positive environment **Job Description** --------------------------- The Casino Assistant is responsible for sanitizing kitchens and dining areas across various Aramark cafeterias. This position requires individuals with strong attention to detail, a deep commitment to customer service, and a positive, friendly demeanor. This role maintains cleanliness of equipment and the food service area. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Sanitize kitchen and dining area; descale and wash dishes/pots; provide service at self-service lines. * Consistently deliver exemplary customer service. * May be required to prepare and serve hot meals. * May be required to work as an expeditor in the kitchen, keeping orders organized and ensuring timely delivery to correct tables. * Ensure precise handling of all food products and equipment to maintain compliance with food safety standards at all times. * Ensure cleanliness of the food service work area; perform daily secondary tasks; ensure required records are completed promptly; complete any restocking and cleaning tasks. * Maintain accurate accounting and waste records. * Must be able to work collaboratively and positively with diverse individuals. * Handle customer complaints respectfully.
