Position Characteristics: A solution-oriented, empathetic executive with strong oral communication skills, responsible for providing in-person service to the public, practicing active listening and proactively managing their requests. The role aims to deliver comprehensive service, guiding members on plan usage and maximizing benefits under the preferred offer, while ensuring compliance with agreements with healthcare providers.
