Because together we can change the lives of our patients, we are looking for a **Pharmacist** for our **San Carlos de Apoquindo Clinic**.

**Your role will be** to ensure the proper and rational use of medications administered at the Clinic, guaranteeing their quality and preventing drug–drug interactions and adverse reactions. You will support other healthcare professionals working at the Clinic with pharmacological information and educate patients regarding medications and their appropriate use.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Review the correct preparation, dispensing, and storage of medications within your department. Validate medication orders and medical contraindications to enhance patient medication safety.
Prepare sterile magistral formulations, parenteral nutrition, and oncology preparations in the Central Intravenous Admixture Service, correctly applying protocols (e.g., hand hygiene, preparation procedures) and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
Operate and properly maintain equipment in your area: biosafety cabinets, laminar flow hoods, refrigerators, data loggers, manometers, air injectors/extractors, printers, labelers, and balances.
Manage the materials master list and daily worksheets used in your work area.
Coordinate with procurement to obtain medications not included in the formulary but requested by clinical departments.
Other important responsibilities as required for the position.
**Work Schedule: Modified Fourth Shift**
**Application Requirements:**
Education: Professional Degree in Pharmacy.
Experience: Preferred 1 year in similar roles, preferably in Central Intravenous Admixture Services.
