**The Opportunity**
This position is located in the Región Metropolitana within the Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD). In this division, we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries so they can live longer and better lives. Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolism, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory diseases.
As a District Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the assigned territory (district), aiming to increase regional performance through effective physician engagement, consultant management, coverage verification and follow-up, goal attainment, and benchmark analysis.
**What You’ll Do**
* Guide consultants or medical representatives toward excellence through coaching, leadership training, and technical and sales competency development.
* Analyze performance data, manage the Kardex, monitor key medical visit metrics, and track implementation of marketing campaigns with HCPs (Healthcare Providers, healthcare professionals).
* Understand competitors, their strategies, and their impact on the Company’s market.
* Channel questions and requests from consultants or medical representatives to the relevant Abbott EPD departments to ensure appropriate responses to physicians or other healthcare professionals visited.
* Continuously identify and pursue marketing activities aimed at developing product information and clinical study communication strategies.
**Required Qualifications**
* Professional degree in healthcare, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a District Manager role.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
* Prior experience in multinational pharmaceutical laboratories is desirable.
