Job Summary: We are seeking a Laboratory Assistant to perform material analysis, sugar analysis, and physicochemical testing within a professional and diverse team. Key Highlights: 1. You will be responsible for analyzing packaging and packing materials, sugar analysis, sample collection for microbiological testing, and conducting physicochemical analyses on sugar, dried legumes, ready-to-eat legumes, prepared meals, and other products. Your responsibilities will include: \- Sample collection and material analysis. \- Reporting non-conformities and supplier complaints regarding materials. \- Maintaining statistics. \- Verifying laboratory equipment. \- Keeping laboratory instructions and procedures up to date. We seek candidates with: \- Education: Food Technician, Food Technologist, Quality Control Technician, or Food Quality Technician \- 1 year of experience in similar roles \- Knowledge of physicochemical analysis in food laboratories \- Availability to work under a fixed-term contract of 3 months, renewable for an additional 3 months.
