Conduct full supervision of unloading and prepare reports **Confidential** August 08, 2026 ### **Operations** #### **Key Points** PUERTO MONTT Shifts To be agreed upon Indefinite term Vacancies: 2 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Functions** An aquaculture company is seeking a Wellboat Supervisor to help monitor, coordinate, and report on fish transportation to improve performance indicators and transfer conditions. Your main responsibilities will be: * Monitor minimum wellboat conditions required for loading, including oxygen supersaturation, loading parameters, before, during, and after loading. * Periodically monitor cargo transportation and its parameters, from the cultivation center to unloading at holding facilities and/or processing plants. * Supervise 100% of unloading operations into holding facilities or processing plants. * Prepare daily, weekly, and end-of-shift reports. Job Requirements: * Mid-level professional/technician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in cultivation centers and/or fish farms. * Onboard familiarization training and/or certification, plus an approved OMI safety course. * Availability to work 14x14 shifts. ### **Job Requirements** \- Residence in Region XII preferred (non-exclusive). \- Mid-level professional/technician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in cultivation centers and/or fish farms. \- Onboard familiarization training and/or certification, plus an approved OMI safety course. \- Availability to work 14x14 shifts. ### **Benefits** Corporate Benefits
