We are currently seeking a **Waste Valorization Operations Manager** to work at **our Model Plant**, located at **Av. Eduardo Frei Montalva 1500, Renca** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage PGR operations: * Manage the contract with the supplier, ensuring compliance with established ANS. * Monitor inventory, operational performance, and rental of machinery or equipment. * Manage payment status, invoicing, and operational budgets. * Document Management and Regulatory Compliance: * Ensure traceability of all generated waste for corresponding declarations. * Ensure yard operations strictly comply with current local regulations. * Valorization Optimization: * Evaluate and negotiate with new authorized suppliers and waste managers for the sale of valorizable waste. * Analyze market trends with a focus on optimizing and maximizing revenue from RCV sales. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental, Industrial, Chemical), Environmental Engineering, or Logistics Engineering. * Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in industrial logistics operations or environmental management at production or distribution plants. * Experience leading teams and managing operational budgets. * Availability to work on-site in Renca.
