Job Summary: Metropol is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure appropriate supply and material stock levels, manage inventory, and supervise the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise team and report management indicators Metropol, a public transportation company, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for its terminal in Renca. The person in this position will be responsible for inspecting the company's supply and material stock levels to identify potential shortages. Ensure product stock levels are appropriate for all distribution channels and sufficient to meet customer demand. · Main responsibilities include: Organizing all daily requests via IFS. Managing inventory reconciliation, ensuring inventory accuracy per business line by analyzing quantities and verifying their adequacy. Preparing, analyzing, and reporting management indicators related to warehouse operations and supervision duties, including quarterly inventory audits and work order fulfillment. Supervising and managing the performance of the team. · Requirements: Technical degree in logistics and distribution; completed secondary education or equivalent technical qualification. 1 year of experience in this role and in team coordination.
