At Agrosuper, we are looking for our next Grinding Operator to work at La Estrella Food Plant. The role’s mission is to grind grains, accurately dose raw materials, and subsequently mix them, thereby ensuring continuity of the production process and mixture quality. **Main Responsibilities:** Continuously monitor production parameters via the control system and perform adjustments or corrective actions to ensure process stability. Control bulk granulometry and adjust mill operating parameters, including inspection and replacement of sieves and magnets as required. Ensure precise dosing of raw materials, adherence to mixing times, and mixture homogeneity. Coordinate with the Procurement team on raw material availability and conduct daily inventory checks of pre-ground, ground, and macro ingredients. Carry out autonomous maintenance activities defined in SAP PM and comply with cleaning, sanitation, and fumigation protocols during plant shutdowns. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education. Proficiency in SAP and Excel at the user level. Availability to work at La Estrella Food Plant. Availability to work under a rotating 4x3 shift system. Prior experience in agro-industry is desirable.
