Your role will be essential in ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and prioritize the technical team’s tasks, ensuring maximum efficiency in repair and maintenance turnaround times. * Equitably distribute workloads among mechanics, as well as work orders, ensuring smooth operations. * Monitor the status of ongoing jobs, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and proactively managing potential delays. * Appropriately assign technical and material resources, avoiding overloads and process delays. * Ensure all completed work meets the company’s high technical and quality standards. * Identify and manage critical cases or vehicles requiring complex repairs, providing special follow-up and prioritization. * Inform customers about the status of their vehicles and manage expectations regarding service timelines and costs. * Facilitate effective communication between customers and the technical team, promoting coordinated and efficient operations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in SAP ERP. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Class B driver’s license (Mandatory).
