Position Summary: Siemens is seeking a Technical Leader to lead the engineering, integration, and commissioning of electrical and automation systems in the mining and industrial sectors, ensuring operational excellence. At Siemens, we are looking for a Technical Leader to lead the engineering, integration, and commissioning of electrical and automation systems, ensuring operational excellence in the mining and industrial sectors. **Your Challenge:** * **Strategic Vision:** Plan and comprehensively coordinate the technical aspects of engineering, integration, and testing (FAT/SAT) for control and monitoring systems. * **Quality Assurance:** Review and validate basic and detailed engineering, ensuring consistency across all disciplines and compliance with global standards. * **Interface Management:** Act as the primary technical liaison between suppliers, contractors, and clients, resolving complex queries and proactively managing technical risks. * **Operational Continuity:** Lead migration and contingency plans, ensuring that technical interventions do not impact client operations. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate and empower multidisciplinary technical teams, fostering a culture of safety and high-quality documentation. **What We Look for in You:** * **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field.
