At **AFP Habitat**, a leader in Chile’s pension industry, we seek highly motivated professionals with strong analytical capabilities to join our Operations Management team as a **Technical Analyst**, under a 12-month external project-based contract. Your primary responsibility will be to execute, monitor, and analyze data and information related to processes involved in updating clients’ personal accounts, aiming to identify improvements that ensure regulatory compliance and meet the organization’s quality and efficiency standards. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Executing operational processes within the area, such as crediting account movements, back-office processing of fund change and withdrawal requests, voluntary product withdrawals, validation of quarterly statements, among others. * Analyzing data and information from processes updating AFP clients’ accounts, reviewing input, update rules, and output, identifying deviations from expected outcomes, and generating action plans for correction. * Participating in multidisciplinary working groups involved in evaluating process improvements. **The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:** * Technical-professional education. * 2 years of experience as an operations/finance/account movement analyst. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Python knowledge (optimization) is desirable. * SQL Server knowledge is desirable. **Join one of Chile’s top 4 best companies to work for, according to Great Place To Work Chile!**
