Job Summary: Grupo Metropol seeks a Technical Analyst to optimize fleet maintenance processes, ensure safe vehicle operation, and provide technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and optimize bus fleet maintenance processes. 2. Ensure efficient and safe vehicle operation. 3. Provide technical support and recommendations to improve reliability. Grupo Metropol, a transportation company, requires a Technical Analyst for the commune of Puente Alto. The person in this position will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing bus fleet maintenance processes, ensuring efficient and safe vehicle operation, providing technical support and recommendations to improve reliability, fleet performance, and technological equipment and complex systems. · Key responsibilities include: Collecting and documenting technical data from the field and/or associated documentation to resolve team requirements. Identifying and resolving fleet and associated component technical issues efficiently and sustainably. Applying prior knowledge and/or participating in trainings, certifications, or workshops with suppliers and vendors to configure fleet components as required. Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation on systems, processes, and procedures. Collaborating with any company department on fleet-related technical matters and requirements. Ensuring effective fleet management, guaranteeing optimal conditions and efficient operation aligned with best practices and current regulations. · Requirements: Completed Secondary Education Experience in data analysis and uploading data to IT platforms. Desirable experience in automotive maintenance focused on systems and subsystems. Desirable experience in preventive and corrective maintenance management. Intermediate Excel proficiency and other analytical tools.
