We are looking for Field Supervisors to join our multidisciplinary team of technicians. The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating crews executing preventive and corrective maintenance on critical equipment — such as industrial pumps, refrigeration systems, and conveyor belts — ensuring operational continuity under high-pressure standards. Their role integrates technical diagnosis and mechanical/electrical repair with administrative management of spare parts, availability indicator monitoring, and preparation of management reports for supervisors. Additionally, they ensure strict compliance with HACCP and GMP sanitary regulations in continuous production environments, maintaining effective communication with suppliers and the production department to respond promptly to critical failures in processing plants. Requirements: EDUCATION: ? Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance. ? Additional training in pneumatic, hydraulic, or industrial automation systems is desirable. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: ? Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in salmon processing plants or related food industry facilities. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: ? Diagnosis and repair of centrifugal and slurry pumps. ? Pneumatic and hydraulic valves and actuators. ? Gearmotors and mechanical transmission systems. ? Conveyor belts, compressors, and industrial refrigeration systems. ? Low-voltage electrical installations and frequency converters. ? Reading and interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings.
