Their primary responsibility is to supervise harvesting operations, ensure efficiency in the storage process, and guarantee compliance with the company’s established quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising proper receipt, monitoring, and transit of raw materials; adherence to daily harvest schedules; and coordinating human resources under their supervision to meet established planning targets.
