Technical training in metal structures and fieldwork experience. **San Cristóbal Human Resources**, on behalf of its client MADESAN SpA, is currently seeking **a Structural Foreman** to join its operations. The primary mission of this role is to carry out **fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures**, ensuring accurate execution of assigned tasks and compliance with established safety requirements. **Main responsibilities include:** * Executing fabrication and assembly work for metal structures. * Performing measurements, layout, cutting, and preparation of components. * Assembling, installing, leveling, and adjusting structural components. * Performing bolting and fastening operations. * Using hand and power tools specific to the trade. * Verifying dimensions, alignment, and finish quality of completed work. * Coordinating activities with supervisors and other team members. * Promptly reporting deviations or conditions that may affect execution. **Ideal Profile:** * Technical education related to metal structures, assembly, mechanics, or related disciplines. * Prior experience in fabrication, assembly, repair, or maintenance of metal structures. * Experience using power and hand tools. * Knowledge of measurement, layout, adjustment, and assembly techniques. * Ability to interpret drawings, sketches, or technical instructions. * Fieldwork or industrial plant experience is desirable.
