A bakery company is looking for a **Store Supervisor** for our store located in **Chicureo.** **Responsibilities:** * Lead the sales team and ensure compliance with assigned duties. * Accurately and timely generate and submit master reports. * Perform cash reconciliation without errors. * Submit weekly stock shortage reports and quality logs. * Manage purchases and all customer requirements promptly and clearly, continuously contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as ongoing improvements. * Promptly resolve customer inquiries. **Schedule:** * 5-day workweek with two Sundays off per month: from 09:00 to 17:30 hrs. **Compensation:** 610\.000 CLP net \+ branch sales bonus.
