We’re seeking a **Staff Data Scientist** to lead our Growth Engine, operating directly from our office in Chile with global impact. This professional will be the technical leader for our user acquisition, activation, and retention—and will own the experimental roadmap that drives our business. You’ll work side-by-side with our teams in the U.S., bridging the gap between advanced mathematics, GenAI innovation, and real-world commercial revenue. Your mandate is to **double the growth curve**, leveraging rigorous experimentation and cutting-edge GenAI tools to accelerate how quickly we learn—and how fast we grow. ### **What You’ll Drive** * **Ownership of the Growth Engine:** You won’t just extract data—you’ll define our metrics.
