Develop and communicate the organization's technology vision. **Job Description** ---------------------- Promote and convey architecture and engineering principles (Tech Rules) to development teams within your assigned portfolio. 1\. Define responsibilities and boundaries for modules implementing business capabilities specific to the portfolio. The goal is to deliver solutions that leverage and enhance the company’s business capabilities, minimize rework or duplication of components, and optimize workload distribution across squads. 2\. Collaborate closely within squads. Aimed at contributing to the Portfolio’s vision and achieving Measures of Success (MoS). 3\. Develop and communicate the organization’s technology vision within the portfolio (Tech Rules), ensuring its implementation and continuous improvement. To deliver products aligned with a unified vision and design criteria across the organization, optimizing time-to-market, interoperability, and technical product quality. 4\. Work hand-in-hand and collaboratively to maintain a cohesive, loosely-coupled architecture. To avoid silos within domains or portfolios, foster continuous collaboration and evolution of enterprise architecture, and empower teams with autonomy. 5\. Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies and trends. To provide broader technical perspective when proposing optimal solutions to organizational challenges. 6\. Collaborate on error analysis and proof-of-concept implementations to resolve issues or support future functionality. To contribute cross-functional problem-solving perspectives (both production and non-production), and share technical expertise. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Required: Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology Technician, or Electronics Engineering. * Experience in software development across multiple technologies and programming languages. * Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture. * Cloud experience. * Empathy with a customer-centric focus and attention to customer needs. * Keycloak, Datadog, Cloudflare, Kafka, Apigee, Kubernetes, Git.
