Responsibilities Assign and deploy on-site service personnel across various locations, including reviewing and controlling staffing levels. Supervise and verify the execution of daily cleaning routines, terminal cleaning schedules, scheduling of new requirements, and reporting thereof. Supervise and verify the use of safety equipment, uniforms, identification badges, and other items defined by the company, as well as their availability and adherence to procedures. Supervise and verify the condition, usability, and preservation of tools, supplies, and cleaning service equipment. Ensure personal care and physical integrity of personnel, all under the company’s safety, quality, and environmental standards and policies. Conduct required induction and training activities for staff assigned to the site. Requirements Experience supervising operational units in accordance with Cleaning Services practices and company standards. Knowledge of procedures involved in clinical area cleaning and disinfection tasks. Experience in team leadership and cleaning service supervision. Operation of cleaning machinery (Desirable).
