Position Summary: Almar Water Servicios Latam is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee plant operation and maintenance for a mining client, ensuring quality standards and leading teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead teams in plant operation and maintenance 2. Ensure high quality standards in services 3. We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor for our key client Codelco Division El Teniente, who will be responsible for supervising and controlling the execution of plant (WTP and WSP) operation and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with established performance indicators set by the company and service provider, leading the team under their supervision, implementing preventive and corrective actions in response to risks, and ensuring proper execution of processes according to required standards. **Mandatory Requirements to Apply:** * Technical qualification at intermediate or higher level in Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Analyst, or Executive Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ general experience as Shift Supervisor. * Minimum 3 years’ specific experience as Shift Supervisor in underground mining. * Knowledge of wastewater and drinking water treatment plant operation and maintenance. * Knowledge of specific water treatment equipment and parameter control (Sampling and Chlorination). (Mandatory). * Valid Class B driver’s license with at least 3 years’ validity. (Mandatory). * Availability to work on a 5x2 schedule. * Residence in Rancagua or nearby areas.
