We seek an analytical, organized, and results-oriented professional who will contribute to optimizing the planning and control of maintenance services, ensuring compliance with the service levels committed to our customers. Main Responsibilities * Track scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance services. * Analyze and manage resources required to meet planning objectives. * Monitor performance of executed services and track adherence to established deadlines. * Supervise compliance with procedures for service execution and reporting. * Record planning progress and execution results. * Consolidate and manage service sheets. * Maintain an up-to-date database of completed services. * Prepare weekly and monthly management reports and performance indicators. * Develop and implement procedures to improve service tracking and control. * Coordinate with various involved departments to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Requirements * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field**. * **2 to 5 years** of experience in maintenance, service planning, or project management areas. * Knowledge of planning, resource management, and data analysis. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Ability to analyze management indicators and propose improvements.
