Leading corrective actions and improvement projects **Job Description** We are seeking a **Senior Production Engineer** to analyze, coordinate, and optimize production processes, contributing to achieving productivity, quality, and efficiency objectives. The role will play a key part in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to optimize resources and operational outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and improve **production processes**, identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency. * Plan and control production programs, considering capacity, resources, materials, and priorities. * Monitor production indicators, performance, costs, quality, and objective achievement. * Coordinate with operations, maintenance, quality, logistics, and procurement to ensure production continuity. * Identify root causes of deviations and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement projects. * Prepare analytical reports and management dashboards to support operational decision-making. * Implement **continuous improvement methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, 5S**, or other process-optimization tools. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering**, or a related field. * **4 to 7 years of experience** in production, operations, processes, or continuous improvement. * Experience analyzing production processes and managing performance indicators. * Knowledge of production planning, cost control, and resource management. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**; familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems, or analytics tools is desirable. * Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable. * Analytical thinking, autonomy, coordination ability, results orientation, and problem-solving skills. Salary: $1\.450\.000 \- $2\.350\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
