At Garces Fruit, we are seeking a SAG Technical Liaison to join our Industrial Management team in Mostazal. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with phytosanitary and export requirements through supervision of critical processes, operational coordination, and maintenance of technical and administrative documentation. What will you do in this role? 1\. Supervise and execute specific phytosanitary control processes and activities according to destination requirements (inspections, controls, fumigations). 2\. Prepare and maintain the technical and administrative documentation required for inspection and dispatch processes. 3\. Validate compliance with export requirements regarding labeling, identification, and digital documentation. 4\. Coordinate sampling and fruit disposition activities to meet inspection regulations. 5\. Supervise critical area processes and generate follow-up reports and summaries. 6\.
