Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Operator to ensure the proper functioning of refrigeration systems and maintain required product temperature conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and monitor refrigeration and cooling systems. 2. Perform temperature controls and support maintenance activities. 3. Ensure product safety, quality, and food safety. At **Salmones Aysén**, we are looking for a **Refrigeration Operator** to join our Processing Plant, contributing to the proper operation of refrigeration systems and ensuring the required temperature conditions for operational continuity, product quality, and food safety. ### **Main Challenges** ✅ Operate and monitor the plant's refrigeration and cooling systems. ✅ Conduct periodic temperature and operational parameter checks. ✅ Report deviations or contingencies that may affect operational continuity. ✅ Support basic inspections and coordinate maintenance activities. ✅ Maintain operational records according to established procedures. ✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards. ### **Requirements** ✔ Completed secondary education or related technical training. ✔ Minimum of **1 year of experience in this position and/or similar functions**. ✔ Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, ammonia-based systems, or refrigeration equipment is desirable. ✔ Availability to work rotating shifts. ✔ Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. ✔ Ability to respond appropriately to operational contingencies.
