Master ramp operations related to baggage loading and unloading, adhering to regulations imposed by Swissport Chile S.A., DGAC, and the client, as applicable. **Responsibilities**
* Know and apply emergency operational procedures and safety standards.
* When operating equipment, must be authorized by Swissport and hold a valid Platform License.
* Attend briefing and debriefing for each flight.
* Use PPE correctly.
* Unload arriving baggage onto the arrival conveyor belt.
* Inspect containers and baggage condition and immediately report any anomalies to the Shift Leader or Flight Supervisor.
* Transport baggage from the tunnel to the aircraft and vice versa, as instructed by the client or Flight Supervisor.
* Load outgoing baggage into ULDs and distribute baggage according to destination and passenger class.
* Prepare client ULD stock (containers and pallets).
* Bulk loading and unloading according to aircraft type and cargo handled (AVI).
* Loading and unloading of freighter aircraft (pushing pallets).
* Stay updated on each client’s procedures.
* Keep workplace, company facilities, and equipment clean and orderly.
* Clean and sanitize aircraft interiors per station and client requirements.
* Efficiently communicate operational information to the Shift Leader or Flight Supervisor.
* Availability for unexpected situations such as flight delays or complex operations.
* Support various functions for which one is authorized.
* Execute assigned tasks with high-quality results.
* Counter baggage reception and weighing for subsequent transfer to the conveyor belt.
* Baggage reconciliation and verification duties at PEQ.
* Wingtip operations.
* Height work for DE-ICING procedures (in meteorologically adverse regions).
* Secure armaments in designated cargo holds.
* Refrain from using distracting devices during operations under the wing.
* Fulfill responsibilities detailed in the station’s QHSE Management System Manual and other manuals under one’s responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards.
**Your Profile**
* Completed secondary education.
* Knowledge of ramp functions.
* Class B driver’s license preferred.
* Proactive, responsible, organized, leadership-oriented, etc.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
