For the San Fernando Plant, we are recruiting a Quality Supervisor for the cherry season, who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality and food safety standards, applying **quality control of fruit upon receipt, during processing, and on finished products**, actively contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to both company and export/domestic market customer standards. Requirements 1\.\- Agricultural Engineer, Agro-industrial Engineer, or related degree, with at least 5 years of professional experience leading teams in cherry packing processes, preferably in Quality. (Knowledge of Unitec 3.5 defect sorter required) 2\.\- Availability to work during cherry processing shifts. 3\.\- The candidate must have personal transportation, as this position does not align with packing facility transport schedules. ✨ Join Dole Chile and experience working for a leading agro-industrial company!
