Lead material and/or service procurement processes as required for various service centers and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with required quality standards through efficient management and strong leadership in procurement and logistics. **Requirements** * Plan and execute procurement processes for goods, materials, and services according to organizational needs. * Manage suppliers, including sourcing, evaluation, selection, negotiation of contractual terms, and maintenance of strategic relationships. * Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in cost, quality, or delivery timelines. * Coordinate tenders, ensuring transparency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. * Monitor purchase contract compliance and ensure suppliers deliver as agreed (timelines, quantities, quality, etc.). * Optimize costs and efficiency across the supply chain through sustainable and responsible procurement strategies. * Control procurement budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of financial resources. * Collaborate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, finance, operations, legal, etc.) to ensure proper execution of the procurement cycle. * Maintain up-to-date records and reports on purchase orders, deliveries, invoicing, and supplier performance. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations related to contracting and procurement processes.
