Job Summary: Valle Nevado is seeking a Procurement Assistant to support the quotation, follow-up, and procurement of products, ensuring optimal warehouse inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the quotation and procurement process for products. 2. Monitor and supervise the follow-up of purchases made. 3. Update and maintain the supplier master file. **Recruitment Season for Valle Nevado Has Begun!!** Valle Nevado, South America's most modern ski resort, is currently recruiting personnel for the 2026 Winter Season. Therefore, we require a **Procurement Assistant**, whose primary mission is to assist in the quotation, follow-up, and procurement of products for the logistics department, ensuring optimal warehouse inventory at Valle Nevado. **Responsibilities**: * Obtain quotations for various options of products and services. * Generate purchase orders for different products and services. * Monitor and supervise the follow-up of purchases made. * Prepare comparative charts. * Update and maintain the supplier master file. * Communicate and track the procurement process. **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 18:30. **Work Schedule:** 9x5 during low season / 10x4 during high season (work days x rest days). **Work Modality:** On-site / Hybrid. **Requirements**: Education Level: Degree related to Business Administration, or Technical/Engineering degree in Logistics. Knowledge: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP system knowledge.
