We are seeking a Purchaser responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of raw materials, supplies, and services, ensuring operational continuity, cost optimization, and compliance with quality standards.

A food industry company is looking to incorporate a Purchaser into its team, responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of raw materials, supplies, packaging, and services, ensuring operational continuity, cost optimization, and compliance with quality, food safety, and current regulatory standards.
**Main Responsibilities**
· Plan and execute procurement processes across multiple categories (perishables, non-perishables, packaging, cleaning chemicals, services).
· Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and supply agreements with suppliers.
· Design and coordinate tenders for high-volume acquisitions, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
· Request and analyze quotations to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratio.
· Create and maintain suppliers, materials, and SKUs in the FsMax, Brand management system.
· Keep price lists, quotations, and commercial terms updated in the Brand ERP system.
· Monitor and resolve discrepancies identified in invoicing and purchase orders in coordination with relevant departments.
· Evaluate and qualify new suppliers based on criteria including pricing, reliability, quality, and sanitary regulations.
· Monitor procurement performance indicators (KPIs): costs, delivery times, supplier performance.
· Prepare periodic reports and management reports related to procurement and supply chain activities.
· Comply with internal procurement procedures and policies.
**Requirements**
· Technical or professional degree in Administration, Logistics, Executive Engineering, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi-category procurement within food manufacturing plants, food service, catering, or mass consumer goods sectors.
· Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
· Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (FsMax, Brand, or similar; mandatory requirement).
· Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
· Knowledge of sanitary and food safety regulations applicable to the food industry.
