Job Summary:
Lead the CORE COMEX platform takeover, coordinating knowledge transfer and cutover to production to ensure the Bank's autonomous operation.

**Job Objective:**
Lead and coordinate the CORE COMEX platform (FBP Engine) takeover process, acting as a facilitator and coordinator for knowledge transfer (KT) from the vendor to the Bank’s teams, and as the technical lead for cutover to production.
This position is responsible for planning, monitoring, and documenting the handover, shadowing, reverse shadowing, and autonomy phases, ensuring the Bank achieves autonomous operation of the new foreign trade platform with operational continuity, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
KT and Takeover Process Management
Define and maintain the knowledge transfer plan with the vendor: scope, sessions, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
Verify completion of handover milestones, identifying and documenting knowledge gaps.
Manage the solution’s documentation repository and its version control.
Cutover and Data Migration
Design and execute SQL validation and reconciliation scripts for migrated data.
Coordinate migration simulations and cutover rehearsals, including pre/post-migration comparisons.
Manage batch process and error logs during cutover windows, coordinating their resolution.
Integrations and Financial Messaging
**Verify COMEX integration points:** GL/accounting, core banking, FX/treasury, credit limits, compliance/screening, and correspondent banking.
Validate SWIFT (MT) and ISO 20022 (PACS/PAIN) message flows at structural and data-content levels, in accordance with UCP 600, URC 522, and URDG 758 standards.
Team and Reporting
Supervise and develop technical analysts within the Takeover team.
Prepare progress, risk, and escalation reports for project governance meetings.

Requirements
**Requirements and Competencies:**
Professional degree in Computer Engineering or Informatics, Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technology field.
**Technology Project Management:** planning, tracking, and controlling scope, timelines, risks, and vendors.
**Microsoft SQL Server Databases:** Transact\-SQL, stored procedures, and other SQL Server-based components. DB2 is desirable.
**FBP Engine or equivalent solution technologies:** front\-end AngularJS and Spring; back\-end C\#, especially for ETL processes, batch processing, and execution grids.
**Banking Integration Architectures:** messaging queues, REST/SOAP APIs, and ESB; COMEX integration points (GL/accounting, core banking, FX/treasury, credit limits, compliance/screening, and correspondent banking).
SWIFT (MT) and ISO 20022 (PACS/PAIN) financial messaging; UCP 600, URC 522, and URDG 758 standards applied at the data flow level.
AWS platform and experience with banking host/mainframe systems and their interaction with core applications.
**Cutover Tools:** SQL data validation scripts, pre/post-migration comparison, and batch and error log handling.
**Minimum 5 years of experience in:**
Technology project leadership or management in banking or financial institutions.
Implementation, migration, or takeover of core banking systems (foreign trade / trade finance preferred).
Coordination of technical teams and external vendors, including knowledge transfer (KT) processes.
