Position: Programmer/Santiago Position Purpose: Lead, manage, control, and plan proper spare parts coverage and scheduling from warehouses to various customers (external customers, workshops, or sites), coordinating with multiple departments across the logistics chain including International Trade, Procurement, Warehouse, Transportation, Sites, and Customers. Responsibilities: Coordinate shipments from Warehouse to various Customers (external customers, sites, or workshops) Conduct periodic reviews of various customers’ requirements Coordinate routes with Warehouse Coordinate spare parts planning with Sites Plan future deliveries Manage down equipment (Machine down) Manage delayed deliveries Manage material master data Coordinate planning with Customers for short-, medium-, and long-term demand Understand KMC and OT equipment to be developed Integrate KPIs and use Power BI tools Support development of information for customer meetings at planner, programmer, warehouse manager, and account leader levels Manage down equipment (Machine down) Develop weekly area KPIs (safety stock levels, inventory distribution, rate, quarterly plan coverage, excesses) Manage excess returns (weekly) Manage weekly expediting for site safety stock coverage, central plant safety stock coverage, and quarterly plan coverage.
