Develop the team by fostering a respectful work environment. **Production Supervisor – Invermar \| Castro** =================================================== At **Invermar**, we are seeking to incorporate a **Production Supervisor** into our team, who will be challenged to coordinate and supervise the activities and resources of the assigned section, contributing to achieving the production plan, product quality and safety, and process continuity. ### **What will be your main challenges?** * Schedule and supervise productive process activities and organize work teams. * Ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment, coordinating their maintenance needs promptly. * Guarantee traceability of raw materials throughout the process. * Record and monitor management indicators, implementing corrective actions in case of deviations. * Supervise compliance with HACCP, SOPs, and other quality and food safety regulations. * Actively promote risk prevention, self-care, and environmentally responsible practices. * Lead and develop the team, fostering a respectful, safe, and continuously learning-oriented work environment. ### **What are we looking for?** * Secondary or higher education in **Food Science or related field**. * Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards. * Basic understanding of applicable labor legislation. * At least **2 years of experience in production processes**. ### **Conditions** * **Workplace:** Castro. * **Department:** Processing Plant. * Position with direct responsibility over production operational staff.
