We are currently looking for a **Production Supervisor** for our plant located in **San Bernardo (Rinconada de Chena district)**. The primary objective of this position is to schedule, direct, and control the pickled food production processes, ensuring achievement of productivity, performance, and the highest quality standards. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Daily planning:** Receive and execute the daily production schedule, managing pending tasks. * **Operational control:** Supervise equipment startup checklists, critical control points (CCPs), and proper operation of assigned production lines. * **Resource management:** Timely request raw materials, supplies, and necessary materials to meet production requirements. * **Quality and efficiency assurance:** Continuously monitor product compliance with required standards while maximizing equipment performance. * Resolve operational contingencies and perform other duties inherent to the role. **What are we looking for? (Requirements)** * **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Control, Food Technology, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing plants (experience in pickled food production is preferred). * **Leadership:** Proven ability to lead, motivate, and supervise operational teams. * **Location:** Willingness to work on-site in San Bernardo (Rinconada de Chena district).
