Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to monitor process line indicators, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor productivity, performance, and quality of manufactured products. 2. Develop continuous improvements focused on production efficiency. 3. Ensure compliance with and maintenance of product traceability. An aquaculture company is looking for a Production Supervisor for its processing plant located in Puerto Montt. The main objective will be to monitor process line indicators—including productivity, performance, and quality—while ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, PPE usage, and recycling standards. Responsibilities * Supervise the productivity, performance, and quality of products manufactured on process lines. * Develop and promote continuous improvements aimed at improving efficiency in the use of production inputs. * Comply with the production schedule defined by management, promptly reporting any deviations that may affect its execution. * Prepare and submit the shift closing report to direct management. * Comply with and enforce company regulations, rules, procedures, and policies—especially those related to Risk Prevention. * Ensure the transit cold room for fresh and frozen products remains in appropriate condition according to the processing plant’s standards. * Ensure compliance with and maintenance of traceability for products and inputs throughout the entire production chain. Requirements * Degree in Food Engineering, Technical Diploma, Completed Secondary Education, or related field. * Intermediate-level Office and Excel skills. * 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. Conditions * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, with rotating shifts. * Work location: Puerto Montt. * Fixed-term contract, with potential conversion to indefinite term.
