We are committed to **working with confidence to better nourish and protect the planet**, and we seek individuals who wish to **grow, learn, and make an impact**, contributing collectively to an organization with **purpose and global reach.** **Quilicura – Lesaffre Industrial Chile** We are looking for a **Production Operator** to join our plant located in Quilicura and become part of a team dedicated to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. **Job Description** **What will be your purpose?** Execute and control operational activities within the assigned production area or workshop, ensuring proper equipment functionality and compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and company-established procedures. Additionally, support production, packaging, labeling, and finished product handling activities; maintain appropriate order and safety conditions in the work area; and collaborate cross-functionally on operational tasks required by supervision to ensure operational continuity and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Take over the shift by reviewing operational updates and ensuring continuity of the production process. * Operate and supervise production equipment and processes according to company-established standards. * Monitor the proper functioning of machines, equipment, and associated systems. * Identify, report, and assist in resolving deviations, failures, or unsafe conditions during operations. * Complete required operational records, checks, and forms to ensure process traceability. * Perform packaging, labeling, boxing, and finishing activities for finished products. * Assist in moving and placing pallets or products into designated storage areas. * Maintain appropriate order and cleanliness in the work area during and after operations. **Requirements** **What are we looking for in you?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within industrial plants. **Technical Knowledge and Competencies** * Commitment to Safety * Operational Discipline * Quality Orientation * Teamwork * Operational Responsibility and Reliability **Additional Information** **Working Conditions and Environment** * Initial fixed-term contract (**3 months**), renewable for a new term or indefinite based on performance. * Work schedule: **Morning shift:** Monday–Thursday, 07:00–15:30 hrs; Friday, 07:00–15:00 hrs; **Afternoon shift:** Monday–Wednesday and Friday, 14:30–23:00 hrs; Thursday, 15:00–23:00 hrs * **100% on-site work** at the plant. * **Lunch** provided at the corporate cafeteria. * **Parking** available inside the plant. * Job stability, a safe work environment, and opportunities for internal development.
