**Job Description**
We are seeking a **Production Manager** to lead and coordinate productive activities, ensuring compliance with established production plans, quality standards, and efficiency objectives.
The candidate will be responsible for organizing resources, coordinating work teams, and supervising the operation of production processes, continuously seeking opportunities to improve productivity, reduce losses, and optimize the use of raw materials and resources.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and coordinate production schedules according to demand and raw material availability.
* Lead and organize production teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
* Supervise compliance with productivity, quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards throughout the processes.
* Monitor production indicators, yield loss, efficiency, process times, and resource utilization.
* Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to ensure operational continuity.
* Identify improvement opportunities and develop initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs and losses.
* Prepare production reports and propose corrective actions in response to deviations or operational issues.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Professional or technical degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Production, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of production experience, preferably in food companies, agro-industry, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
* Prior experience leading teams and coordinating production processes.
* Knowledge of production planning, process control, productivity indicators, and resource management.
* Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality management, and food safety.
* Proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP or production planning and control systems.
* Leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
Salary: $1\.700\.000 \- $2\.500\.000 per month
