Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency **Job Description** We are seeking a **Production Manager** to lead and coordinate productive operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, safety, and efficiency. This position plays a key role in process optimization and plant team leadership. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise daily production activities in accordance with established schedules. * Lead and coordinate plant personnel, assigning tasks and supervising achievement of production objectives. * Control the efficient use of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and available resources. * Monitor production indicators, productivity, waste, process times, and goal attainment. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Procurement departments to ensure operational continuity. * Identify deviations and improvement opportunities, implementing actions to increase efficiency and reduce losses. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and good manufacturing practices. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Industrial Execution Engineering**, or related field. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in industrial production, preferably in food plants or agro-industrial processes. * Experience leading teams and coordinating plant operations. * Knowledge of production planning, process control, and management indicators. * Proficiency in **Excel and ERP systems**. * Knowledge of quality and food safety management systems is desirable. * Leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and results orientation.
