Support optimization of plant maintenance planning, monitor key performance indicators, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with Production and Maintenance teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.** ### **Responsibilities:** * ### **Participate in internal technical audits and support the Compressed Gases (PG) team in managing audit findings.** * ### **Manage regular updates of technical documentation (P\&ID) and maintenance systems (SAP) for Compressed Gases plants.** * ### **Develop technical specifications to support supervisors across each HUB, enabling resolution of audit findings or issues identified through the company’s various management systems (EH\&S, EM, CM, BSP, ISO).** * ### **Deliver high-complexity projects within the Compressed Gases area according to defined schedule and scope.** * ### **Execute project commissioning and hand over optimal operations to the maintenance team.** * ### **Participate in continuous improvement by identifying procedures and/or tools that reduce operational and/or project implementation costs.** * ### **Train and coach internal customers on the use, control, and handling of both cryogenic liquids and compressed gases.** ### **Requirements:** * ### **Education:** **Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.** * ### **Minimum 2 years of experience in production and/or maintenance areas.** * ### **Electromechanical knowledge is recommended.** * ### **Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.** * ### **Desirable qualifications:** * 1\.
