Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and operations **Job Description** We are looking for a **Production Engineer** to support the planning, supervision, and optimization of our industrial operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing productivity, managing resources, and ensuring that processes are executed efficiently and safely. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise production activities. * Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency indicators. * Coordinate resources, materials, and personnel according to operational needs. * Identify and resolve issues affecting production. * Prepare production reports and present results to management. * Work with maintenance, quality, logistics, and operations to optimize processes. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in production, operations, or manufacturing. * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Ability to interpret performance indicators and make data-driven decisions. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across departments. Salary: $1\.500 \- $2\.200 per month Work Location: On-site employment
