Key Responsibilities * Lead overall production planning and operations * Supervise production, quality, maintenance, and operational support teams * Manage schedules, capacity, resources, and production targets * Monitor productivity, costs, waste, and performance indicators * Coordinate raw materials, inventory, and procurement needs * Drive efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement * Supervise quality, hygiene, and safety standards * Coordinate preventive maintenance and operational continuity * Prepare executive reports and improvement recommendations * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards **What We Are Looking For** Experience * Solid experience in food production, manufacturing, industrial operations, or plant management * Prior experience leading multidisciplinary teams and production processes * Experience in food, FMCG, quality control, production planning, or supply chain will be valued Skills * Production management * Plant management * Team leadership * Production planning * Quality control * Cost management * Continuous improvement * Inventory management * Decision-making Education * Professional degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field * Postgraduate studies or certifications in production, quality, food safety, Lean Manufacturing, or leadership will be valued Salary: $4.200.000 - $5.800.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
